The staff at the front desk is quite helpful, nice and polite. The cleaning staff is great as well. I have to say that the men that are in charge of the main entrance doors are not really doing their job. They would be standing there and would see you coming in and not help you open the big entrance doors. Sometimes they would even move to the side so you open it for yourself. There was an occasion where there was 2 men next to the doors and they would both just move to the side and not help you with the door even if you had luggage in your hands. I had to one day stay at the lobby to wait for my friends checking in and saw them do this multiple times. In rare instances they would open the door for a person. Im also complaining about this since it happened to me and my friend. I almost tripped with my luggage when checking out because of their lack of help. The location of the hotel is good near orchard. The accommodation is more on the older side but well kept

The spacious room & good service, we were upgraded free on arrival to our surprise 😀 The carpets in the hallway needs to be upgraded..Should have some stuff/ eats in the bar fridge ,rather than being empty & working empty. The late check out was negotiated 1 day ahead at the reception, but on arrival the next day after shopping &being tired , the reception has not updated In the system, hence had to discuss request all over with the customer service reception, as if we hand not discussed earlier & justify our claim. I, in fact, had got a slip from the previous day of the late check out fee of $ 179 appx which was in the room , which I later handed over to the reception. You should have a request form to be filled in at reception for late checkout & fee mentioned to formalise this type of issue to be avoided. We wasted 30 min + in explaining the situation to the reception. This shouldn't have happened.

I like that the toilet in the room has bidet, and that the room is spacious. The breakfast is good; not exceptional, but varied enough not to make you bored. I also like that it is near Paragon mall, and since it is not on the main street, it is quiet at night.

The family room was great for us, with large comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, and a nice bathroom. The location was ideal - a short walk to the Orchard shops and metro station. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and good value for money. I also made use of the fitness studio and pool on the first morning, while fairly basic they were lovely to have. All of the staff were lovely, and the service from the concierge desk when we were struggling to get a taxi that could take us and all our luggage back to the airport was great. I'd happily stay here again.

Clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a family room - which had more than enough space. Each night when we arrived back the room had been cleaned and towels/stock replenished. Fresh bottled water provided daily. The buffet breakfast was amazing with so much variety and constantly topped up. I would highly recommend, especially for a family.

The quadruple room was very spacious and very clean. There was space for the children to sit on the floor to play. The staff were very helpful and attend to our needs as soon as they could. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and they replenish the items quickly.

Good access to shopping area and there are many bus routes to go to other places. Stayed in Premier Quadruple Room which is spacious (as a hotel in Singapore) and suitable for 3-4 people to relax.
