The family room was great for us, with large comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, and a nice bathroom. The location was ideal - a short walk to the Orchard shops and metro station. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and good value for money. I also made use of the fitness studio and pool on the first morning, while fairly basic they were lovely to have. All of the staff were lovely, and the service from the concierge desk when we were struggling to get a taxi that could take us and all our luggage back to the airport was great. I'd happily stay here again.

Good access to shopping area and there are many bus routes to go to other places. Stayed in Premier Quadruple Room which is spacious (as a hotel in Singapore) and suitable for 3-4 people to relax.

Clean, spacious, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a family room - which had more than enough space. Each night when we arrived back the room had been cleaned and towels/stock replenished. Fresh bottled water provided daily. The buffet breakfast was amazing with so much variety and constantly topped up. I would highly recommend, especially for a family.

Great location in a quieter spot even though it's close to the Mount E hospital, Paragon, and all the malls. Food at the hotel is good, not great, but good enough. But food is not a problem since there are so many good restaurants and food courts nearby. The staff are nice, the room is clean, the price is good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
